    I wanted to write and thank you for the excellent relationship the Company continues to have with CM Services. Fry Communications Direct Mail has grown over the past three years and CM Services has been there for every step servicing Fry with inkjets, tabbers, camera systems and all the parts needed to maintain our equipment. I cannot express the gratitude I have for your company because of the quality of your service, the response time and your ability to resolve issues with solutions. I feel CM Services is unique because you offer real insight into solving production, quality and safety issues with our current equipment. Every time Fry runs into a problem you have been there finding a solution. I cannot count the number of times issues have been resolved over the phone which saves the Company hours of downtime and lost production. I'm also impressed that you offered other alternatives with parts to reduce the cost of maintenance. In todays world, it is hard to find a company which goes above and beyond to service the needs of their customers. I was trying to think about another company who calls back a day or two after the service to ensure everything is ok and there are no underlying issues. I applaud your company for meeting our needs and want to say thank you.
